PN Klaten Terdaftar Peradilan Unggul Anggota ICCE

Klaten District Court is located on Central Java, Indonesia, under jurisdiction of High Court Central Java located in Semarang, a capital city of Central Java province, Indonesia. Klaten District Court is a first level court class 1A for general jurisdiction which cover civil and criminal cases, manage 26 subdistrict under its jurisdiction. 

The Court is dedicated to provide excellent services to court user through the rule of law. International Framework for Court Excellence, IFCE, is a fundamental framework to facilitate change, identify improvement, seeking innovation and ideas; in order to provide best service to court users and gaining their valuable trust. 

On January 2018, Klaten district court was starting the journey in implementing the framework. In the beginning, Court is committed to implement the framework in a correct manner of process method.

The process of implementation was conducted in 4 phases : 

1. Socialization of the framework to all personnel.

2. Conduct Self-assessment, performance measure, and analysis to 7 areas of Court Excellence.

3. Identify improvement plan.

4. Conduct global measure.

Up to 6 months in walking-through the implementation process, Court performance is increasing significantly. This can be shown into the Court user satisfaction survey that Court user is more confidence to the Court, and the satisfaction index is increasing. “Burning Platform”, a short-term program to enhance the court performance, was conducted to close the gap that identified through Self-assessment process. It involved all personnel, and successfully encourage ideas that eventually lead to innovation. Klaten district court, is already known as innovation pioneer to Courts in Indonesia. One stop integrated service is one of the Klaten district court’s masterpiece that become mandatory to General Courts in Indonesia. The Court will continue to its best to discover future innovation for promoting Court performance.
